The insulation time of an insulated bag is not fixed and is mainly affected by factors such as material, thickness, the temperature of the contents, and the external environment.

Generally, it can be divided into the following categories: - Ordinary insulated bags (commonly found in takeout and simple packaging, mostly made of pearl cotton and aluminum foil): When filled with hot food (above 60℃), it can keep food warm for about 2-4 hours at room temperature (20-25℃); when filled with cold food (0-10℃) and used with ice packs, it can keep food warm for 4-6 hours at room temperature. - Thickened insulated bags (multi-layered structure, including insulation cotton or vacuum layers): Hot food can be kept warm for 4-6 hours, and cold food can be kept warm for 6-12 hours with ice packs. In extreme environments (such as high temperatures in summer or low temperatures in winter), the insulation time will be significantly shortened. It is recommended to use ice packs or hot water bottles, or choose a professional insulated box to enhance the effect.
