The laminated eco bagare sewed by piping construction. The piping construction is the regular sewing method of these bags, the piping materials' color can be customized, the piping color can be any color you want. The handles are sewed with X-stitching which will make the bags more durable.
The printing method of the laminated eco bag aregravure printing, one color needs a printing plate. We usually 4 CMYK plates and 1~2 spot colors plates to printing the complicated colors. The cylinder printing can full-set printing the spot color, it is equal to dye a Pantone color fabric, so you can obtain bags with the color you want but without dying a fabric because of the MOQ limitation.
